Refund Policy
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for customized items unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Non-Customized Products
For non-customized products, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
